🛡️ Our Privacy Promise

Bobby Agent OS does not store student data.

All information entered into any tool is processed only during the active session. Once a report is generated or the session ends, the information is permanently deleted.

We support anonymized reporting and ID-only workflows to protect student identities. Teachers and staff are encouraged to avoid entering full names unless required for documentation.

📋 How We Protect Student Information

No Data Storage: Student names, IDs, demographics, and responses are never saved to any database, cache, or log files.
Session-Only Processing: All student-related input is treated as temporary session data that is automatically cleared after report generation.
Anonymization Options: Every form offers the choice to anonymize reports, replacing names with "Student" or "Learner."
ID-Only Mode: For progress tracking, administrators can enable ID-only mode that accepts only alphanumeric codes—never full names.
Auto-Delete: If you navigate away or close your browser, all entered information is automatically discarded.

🔐 Privacy Controls Available

Every assessment and form-based tool includes:

Privacy Notice: A visible reminder that no student data is stored
Name Toggle: Option to include or anonymize student names in reports
Student ID Field: Alternative to names for tracking (administrator-assigned codes only)

For Administrators: Privacy defaults can be configured in the Admin Panel under "Student Privacy Settings" to enforce organization-wide policies.
